The RADAR pricing model leverages Radian’s proprietary Mortgage Risk Barometer®, which estimates housing values at a regional level. The Mortgage Risk Barometer allows us to incorporate geographic risk dimensions to MI pricing via RADAR Rates, and aggregate results to a national level for our Published Rate Cards.

Important Note: Rates obtained from our web-based Rate Finder tool and the Radian Rates mobile app require that you enter your company’s master policy number. Also, you must always include a rate quote ID when submitting mortgage insurance to ensure the correct rate is honored.
